1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

Interlace GmbH Auguststraße 1 10117 Berlin, Germany Email: info@interlace.software

Represented by managing director Andreas Stefan Peters, who is also the contact for data protection matters.

2. General information on data processing

We process our users' personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website along with our content and services. Personal data is generally processed only with the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or where processing is permitted by law (Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR).

3. Hosting

This website is operated on a physical server located within the European Union. Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Server log files

When you access our website, the provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not combined with other data sources. This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website.

5. Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the details you provide in the form (name, email address, message) are transmitted to us exclusively by email. This data is not stored in a database.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided your inquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), if such consent was requested.

The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, you withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular statutory retention periods under tax and commercial law — remain unaffected.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website currently does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools.

7. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the padlock icon in your browser bar.

8. Your rights as a data subject

Under the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to:

  • Access to your personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure of your data stored by us (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing, provided the statutory requirements are met (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability, provided you have consented to the processing or a contract for automated processing exists (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Object to the processing of your personal data, where such processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdraw any consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

9. Currency and amendment of this privacy policy

This privacy policy is currently valid (last updated: September 2026). As we further develop our website or implement new technologies, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.
